Overview
Palmaïa is a wellness retreat positioned between the Caribbean and 400 hectares of virgin jungle at the southern edge of Playa del Carmen. The design emphasizes natural forms, quiet pathways, ocean views and spaces created for shared rituals and reflection.
AïA Wellness is organized through four pathways: nourishment, practice, sound and restorative care. More than 50 weekly holistic activities allow guests to engage with yoga, breathwork, movement, sound, art and ancestral practices without following a fixed retreat schedule.
The Gifting Lifestyle is the resort’s all-inclusive concept, covering à la carte meals, beverages, 24-hour room service, holistic group activities, music sessions, concierge support, beach and pool service, bicycles and fitness facilities. Spa treatments, private sessions and selected experiences cost extra.
All 234 suites are oceanfront and free of animal products. The property welcomes families under a controlled children’s policy, while maintaining the quiet, reflective atmosphere of a wellness retreat.
