Using booktravelusa.com means accepting what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean BookTravel USA Corp. of Boca Raton, Florida, and “the site” means booktravelusa.com.

BookTravel USA Corp. is a travel agency, registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel (Reg. No. ST45485) and a CLIA member agency (00048039). We act as a sales agent for the hotels, villa owners, ground and tour operators, charter and cruise companies, airlines and insurers who actually provide the travel.

That distinction matters: your contract for a journey is with those suppliers, on their terms, which we will put in front of you before you commit to anything. We are responsible for the care we take in arranging and representing a journey; we do not operate the hotels, aircraft or vessels involved, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Sending a form on this site starts a conversation. Nothing is held, reserved or confirmed until we confirm a booking to you in writing and any deposit the supplier requires has been paid. Until that point either of us can walk away, at no cost.

Everything published here is illustrative. Sample itineraries, indicative prices and photographs describe the kind of journey we compose, not a fixed package sitting on a shelf. Rates move with season, availability, exchange rates, taxes and each supplier's terms, and are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.

We correct errors as we find them, and we may withdraw or reprice anything quoted in error before it is confirmed. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.

• Give us accurate details — names exactly as they appear in the passport being travelled on, and dates you have checked. Airlines and hotels charge to correct what we were told wrongly.
• Passports, visas, transit permits, vaccinations and any health or entry requirements are the traveller's responsibility. We flag what we know and will help where we can, but requirements change without notice and the final check is with the relevant consulate or authority.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance, and some suppliers require it. Buy it when you book, not later — most policies cover cancellation only from the date they are issued.

The copy, layout, design and photography on this site are owned by BookTravel USA Corp. or licensed to us; some images come from hotel and operator partners or from stock libraries, under licences that do not extend to you. Read the site, share a link to it, print a page for your own planning — but do not republish, scrape or reuse the material commercially without our written permission.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it, harvest its content in bulk, or submit its forms automatically. Every enquiry reaches a real desk, and a real person spends their morning on it.

We link out to hotels, operators and other third parties. Those sites are their own — we do not control their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the property or service we are describing.

The site is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will be uninterrupted, and to the fullest extent Florida law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

This section is about the website. Liability for a booked journey is dealt with in your booking confirmation and the supplier's own conditions, and nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

What happens to the details you send through this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about the site or these terms belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We may revise these terms; the date at the top says when we last did. The version published when you use the site is the one that applies.
