Beaches Turks & Caicos Has Added a Whole New Village
Treasure Beach opened on Grace Bay on the first of March: 101 multi-bedroom suites, a lagoon pool of fifteen thousand square feet, and a thirty-two-seat cinema.

Beaches Turks & Caicos has always been organised as villages rather than one building. Treasure Beach, which opened on 1 March 2026, is the newest of them: it sits at the west end of the property, directly on Grace Bay.
What makes it worth a note is the inventory. All 101 suites in it are multi-bedroom — the village was built for families who need more than one door, which is the single hardest thing to find in the Caribbean at this level.

The rooms are the news
Every one of Treasure Beach’s 101 accommodations is multi-bedroom. The village has 11 new suite and villa categories, ranging from two-bedroom Concierge and Butler suites to two- and three-bedroom Oceanview Two-Story layouts, the Chairman’s 3-Bedroom Penthouse Suite and the beachfront CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villas.
For most families, the Oceanview Two-Story Butler Suites are the sweet spot: two bedrooms when everyone simply needs proper separation, three for larger or multigenerational families. At the top of the range, the four-bedroom CrystalSky Reserve Villas add a private pool, rooftop deck and direct beach access, with space for up to ten guests.
Dining, and one reservation to make early
Butch’s Island Chop House is the restaurant we would plan around: dinner reservations are required. Pinta Food Hall is the easy counterpoint, with multiple cuisines and no reservation required — particularly useful when everyone wants something different.
Brü starts the day with coffee and shifts to cocktails in the evening; Calypso is the poolside stop for snow cones.
Where it sits
Treasure Beach sits on the western side of the resort, beside the Caribbean and Seaside Villages and directly on Grace Bay. It feels more tucked away than the central villages, which is part of its appeal. Pirates Island Waterpark is about a 5–7 minute walk away, so families should expect some movement across the property.
Two families traveling together, and anyone who has previously found Beaches almost right but short on bedrooms. Families with teenagers who need a second room rather than a sofa bed.
Couples without children — this is a family resort in the fullest sense, and every suite in the new village is sized for more than two. Anyone wanting a small property: the village is new, the resort around it is not small.
